I'm not a lawyer but in the business that I'm currently in, if my client doesn't get a copy of the contract, that is cause for the contract to be null and void. Indeed, there are even ancillary documents to the contract that if a bona fide copy isn't given to the client it is cause. So I'd like to know whether not getting a copy does, indeed, make the "form" any less binding. And as for the "karmic" repercussions, well, I would say that the karma is intrinsically bound to the legal aspect since it was after all a legal document. > > > --- In [email protected], "shempmcgurk" > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > --- In [email protected], TurquoiseB <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > wrote: > > > --- In [email protected], "Robert Gimbel" > > <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > > wrote: > > > > From my understanding the intiator's were required to sign an > > > > agreement form, stating that they would teach under the > auspices > > > > of the movement. > > > > > > This was not universally true.
