Since you obviously didn't bother to read my post, allow me to summarize it: My objection was to using the photo in a context that trivializes the man's horrific death. If Nabby had used it in the context of a post that addressed the situation of Tibet or the effectiveness of the Dalai Lama or the value of self- immolation as a protest--pro or con--I would have had no objection to it whatsoever. Your point is a good one on its own terms, but it has nothing to do with why Nabby's post was inexcusable.
