Try this: http://www.mum.edu/ask.html. You can ask the admissions counselors 
any question you want. I think the University has a good record in placing 
international computer students for their practical training. Also, once you 
are here and want to stay, there is usually a way to do it. 

A long time ago I was on MUM faculty and was tutor to an Iranian student who 
had the same first name as you do.
