As a conservative meditator I'd certainly be in favor of sweeping through the coffee shops of Fairfield at Dome meditation time arresting meditators who could be in the dome. Take 'em off the street and deliver them to the Domes. You know, send buses around collecting these wayward meditators just like some of the Christian churches do.
