I assume that's a nasty sense of humor playing, MD.

Rick - yes, rescuers are chopping through wherever they
hear people, or people are waving things through cracks or
holes or whatever so they know someone's there.

But there's no way that all roofs can be cut into without
vastly more resources than are likely to be in the area until
long after anyone trapped there has died of heat or thirst.
