Judy neither said these things herself, nor did she quote columns or news stories or anything else that said these things. Even if Bush had started doing everything he possibly could to stem global warming from his very first day in office, there's no way to say whether any of it could have made any difference with regard to Hurricane Katrina, even if Katrina *was* the result of global warming, which nobody knows for sure anyway. And I know I made a post in which I said explicitly that *one-third* of Louisiana's National Guard was in Iraq.
