I have always felt the same way. TM-twenty minutes twice a day was the greatest thing going. "Two hundred percent of life," "meditate and act," "eat what your mother puts on the table," "sleep with your head in whatever direction the bed is facing," "why are people asking me all these questions, I'm just a simple monk."
