Do you mean to say that some of the people who were subjected to the hell of life in New Orleans post-Katrina could actually be PARTIALLY responsible for their own suffering? Sorry, MDixon, this is a proposition with implications too horrible to contemplate. You see, many if not most of those who stayed behind are "poor" people. And, you see, if you are proposing that these people are possessed of free choice and free will responsible for the fruits of their own actions, you will be elevating them to a position of equality with everyone else in America.
