Well Uncleji I'm pretty conflicted - I love NFL yet I'm aware of all the injuries. But I suppose one goes into these risky, contact sports with the knowledge of the side effects and so more the research more better it is. But this for adults, how about the kids when they start off? Surely they can't analyze, comprehend all the pros and cons - and like you say the parents are keeping the kids away from it. With my Brahmin conditioning I would just ask my kids to stick to the gym and stay away from football :-)
