Good God, Steve, do you realize how in that ocean of your kindness you are 
nonetheless formidable?  I mean as a soul, as a spiritual hero.  I think part 
of what makes you so in my eyes is that you don't seem to think of yourself 
that way.  You just live your life day by day, hanging in there, doing what 
needs to be done, loving all and sundry.  Yet with all this strength of 
character, you have got to be one of the most guileless people I know.  I feel 
fortunate to know you here on FFL.  Hope I haven't been too mushy.

PS  I just read your answer about emotions.  It was vintage Steve:  
uncomplicated and profound, kind.  And thank you for the bit about Hans Seyle.  
I had forgotten his definition of stress.  Now I'm looking forward even more to 
seeing Lincoln with my Mom.
