I haven't read any of her books, but from listening to friends in FF who have, it sounds like Bernadette Roberts took the hammer of Catholic indoctrination to smash her experience of no self in order to make it conform to her Catholicism. Her original book is apparently a crystal clear description of nondual awakening, but her newer book was described as painful to read, as she basically Catholicizes away her enlightenment.
