According to Nabby, anyone who says such things is on the payroll of the CIA, or the Dalai Lama. I don't know about you, but if this is true, my payroll checks have been lost in the mail. :-) More seriously, there are a number of people here whose world view is so precarious that they believe that anyone who says anything that threatens that world view is attacking them. They're terrified of allowing the (in their view) heretical ideas into their awareness, so they either retreat into nostalgic ideas of the move- ment and ignore them, or play "Kill the messenger" and try to suppress them.
