Hmmm, thanks for this.  It must be the low glycemic load then.  Or high in 
amino acids?  I don't have the same reaction to it that I used to have to 
pastas, etc.  Hey I don't know if you all are into cleansing but there's a free 
presentation tonight at 7 at the library.  The guy has done over 100 cleanses 
himself and wants to offer a 2 or 4 week cleanse here in FF probably beginning 
next week.  I'm still dithering because I've never done such except PK and that 
was a long time ago and then only for 5 days.  His name is Walt Ingvoldstad in 
case you want to check out his website.  Or Ann wants to share it with FFL (-:
