Do you think the people would prefer no jobs, Shemp? Wal-Mart is what it is. It doesn't pretend to be the road to riches for anyone. It provides a solid entry-level or 2nd income source for a huge number of Americans. Would you prefer they all be on welfare instead?
How about you, Shemp? How many employees do you have? What benefits do you offer? Set up a 401K for your folks yet? Medical insurance?
