One of the first things I noticed after my Waking Down Brand Second Birth
Awakening, is that there was no longer that endless, gnawing emptiness looking
for fulfillment (that would never be met) in the next thing, be it a magazine,
a meal, a gadget, a car, an orgasm, an experience, etc. The Universe didn't
start magically delivering more stuff, and desires didn't go away. But, with no
longer any expectation of fulfillment from things desired, things essentially
became fulfilling.
