But the compassion that the Buddha entreated us all to have in our lives is, in the final analysis, dependent upon our state of consciousness. And that is why MMY's science, IMHO, was and is so important. And I don't mind at all whether TM costs $3,000 to start. Indeed, I believe that Merv-Griffin era numbers would still be true today even at today's prices had the message not been bastardized.
