noozguru, and anyone else, what about the point that if Obama hadn't signed the bill, there would be no budget and the fed govt would have shut down for a week? Is that true? How the heck did the Monsanto aspect get put into the budget aspect? Do you think the Dems allowed the situation to avoid taking a stand against Monsanto?
