I would say it's generally a "weighted" report, Mikey. Probably 8 to 1, if I had to assign a value. Things that don't fit your agenda assigned a low number. Things that fit your agenda, an abnormally high number. No biggie really, but if your objective is to have credibility, then one find your opinions lacking.
