Was there really a need to ALLOW small knives on board US planes, again? What caused this proposal? Bad reactions with the focus groups? "I can't trim my toenails mid-flight, anymore!" "I like to carve graffiti into the toilet seat!" "No more whittling?! I'm calling my Congressman!" Duh, it was knives (box cutters) that got us into all this.
