Loved the part about "it can help you lose weight", hehehehehehehe... right.
The main weight loss I've witnessed over the years, in others, is going from  a
healthy normal fit weight, to a thin, frail, under weight, appearance from
going vegetarian. But Bevan, myself and I'm sure many others can be an example
that it doesn't "help you lose weight". In fact, I think it slows the
metabolism down to the degree that it helps pack on the pounds over time. I've
been noticing those formerly thin, frail looking, meditaters from the past
getting quite *chunky* in recent years. Taking *delight* in the sense of taste
is not a good sign of reduced stress in one's life. In fact, it is more often
than not, a coping mechanism for stress. Keep your eyes on Chris Christie over
the next few years. He's got the right *tool*, just hope he continues to use
it. Maybe that sutra will have some effect on us..... over many life times.

Thanks, Great videos. These will be very effective weapons to use in the
spiritual street battles against non-meditators. People can have such wrong and
ignorant thinking about science and true human spirituality and need to be
helped to change their thinking about the place of meditation in life. These
are very sophisticated weaponry to help people better understand.
