I've mentioned here before but in the late 1990s when there still wasn't 
a law against public nudity in Berkeley I was driving east towards 
Telegraph on Dwight Way and here is this guy wearing nothing but his 
baseball cap and sandals carrying his shopping bag.  No gold leaf either.

Of course people in San Francisco are thrilled if the temp there gets 
over 70 degrees. That usually means we in the East Bay on the east side 
of the Berkeley hills are sweltering.

And they occasionally have problems with naked people riding BART too.
