 I never said ONLY for investment purposes. Also image, grants, etc.
It certainly hasn't gone as planned. It has contracted instead of
grown. It's credibility has gone down. Alumni fund probably smaller.
Student body is much smaller, but I'll bet it has always sent money to
international.... What other university does that?
