Yup. Chill out. Go have a beer. Maybe you'll run into Turq and Judy. :-D BTW, I was at Trader Joe's today and noticed they have clarified butter back and this time labeled with "ghee" in parentheses. But I had just been to the Indian grocers and bought a jar there. Also for those who want authentic pepperoni pizza they now have brand of pepperoni without beef just pork. If you don't want pork there's always the Oscar Meyer turkey pepperoni which isn't bad.
