I found when the first time I used the stupid crappy Neo that I was replying to
people at the noreply@yahoogroups, but it was actually being sent to their
private e-mail address that I didn't have.

This is a reply to obba. When I first tried to reply, I noticed that the reply
would be addressed to [email protected]. That was obviously not going to
go anywhere. Obba, I don't know how you need to do this, but if you want to be
able to see a reply, you've got to set or click something before you send your
post to make sure the reply goes to [email protected], not your own
email address--especially if you've chosen to use the anonymous and completely
nonfunctional "noreply" address!

For this reply, I had to Start a New Topic or nobody would ever have seen it.

Anyway, you said you didn't see the three dots. The dots that show you the
quotes when you click them are in the Reply window only, and you see them only
after you've clicked that you want to reply to a post, i.e., only after the
Reply window opens for you to type into it. They're in the lower lefthand
corner, right above the SEND button (this is all on the Web site; when I use
Yahoo email, the quotes are all visible from the start).

NOTE: Those same three dots appear under other circumstances depending on how
you're reading the posts; they will either expand or contract whatever you're
looking at, depending on whether it's already expanded or contracted (in other
words, it's a toggle).

If you hover the cursor over the three dots in the Reply window, a pop-up box
will say, "Show message history" (that means the quotes). If you hover it over
the three dots anywhere else, the pop-up will say either "Show more" or "Show
less," depending on which is already showing.

If any of this isn't clear, my apologies. Maybe someone else can explain it
better.
