Have you ever seen anyone "vaping"? The exhaled vapor looks exactly like smoke, except that it disperses a little faster (and it doesn't stink). From what I've been reading, e-cigs are much more satisfying than the nicotine patch or gum (although not as satisfying as real tobacco).
