Major side effects of cannabis are the paranoia and psychosis due to breeding 
for high THC content, with the resulting herb containing much less cannabidiol, 
which moderates the psychotic effects of the THC. Legalization would take away 
the pressure to pack as much THC potency into as little weight as possible, 
thus allowing more reasonable strains to be marketed.
