LOL but Richard I have heard that the corpse pose is actually the hardest to 
do. And the most beneficial. Yes, one could say go figure!

Maybe, but I don't think I've posted anything on the "history of 
consciousness", Bob. That would be going back way before my time. But thanks 
for the suggestion. But, at least I have a yoga mat - can you even hold a 
single pose except for the corpse pose? It's not complicated. Yoga is all about 
placement and positioning.
