I just checked 8196 - old news. Go back further (in time and in this group) and you will read a more nuanced (comprehensive?) view of Mr. Bev's sexuality. Latest news from Skem: "BIG" community meeting last week. Upshot: The locals have "permission" to seek to recreate their community elsewhere in England (site already identified). The developer of the site (the lucky guy! - not being sexist here, just rushing), must give 1/3 of all profits to International, 1/3 to British National (i.e. to an organization that is not doing anything right now), and he gets to keep a 1/3 for his little old self. As you can imagine, developers are coming to Skem in droves waving their Raams. More generally, a lot of good old British denial in Skem at the moment, but what has happened is slowly sinking in.
