Profit off of others? Absolutely! I think if somebody wants to invest in a business, risk their capital and reputation and hire people to work for them so that they can make a profit, that's great!
Nobody makes you work for some one else. If you don't like your job, quit! If you're so special, someone will be willing to hire you for what you're worth. But maybe you're not worth what you think you are. Market forces determine that.
