Pundit, I just had to look up the meaning of "pyrrhic" to understand your thought. I personally hope that he's just dancing an imitation of war. But it appears that he's more serious than rattling his saber to the Ukrainians and the rest of the western world. :)
Or this incident could make or break Putin's bank account, financially or politically.
