Nab, I have no doubt. No doubt whatsoever that there are Louis Vuitton shops in India, as well as Channel and Gucci, and every other luxury brand. Malls in every part of the world are similar.
But if I were trying to show something uniquely Indian, that is not what I would highlight, unless I was in a hurry and just had time to jump off the plane and into the terminal for a few minutes, on my way to another locale. I have a feeling that might be the way they produced those videos, although I really didn't look at them.
