No does not exist, at least here in St. Louis. It used to be on "The Hill", which is still home to most of the Italian restaurants. Thinking about it now, I can still recall some of the features of the restaurant. And my grandparents always sat where the waiter they knew would take care of them.
I think the Ruggeri's restaurant moved to Troy, Mo. The other restaurant we used to go to was Kemolls, which was next to Sportsman Park where the Cardinals would play. That was two stadiums ago. But I still love toasted ravioli.
