Richard is just a guy who likes to disparage anyone that is not a rabid TM fan, frothing at the mouth in bliss over every little thing Marshy and the TMO ever did and said. Richard does what Bawwy does, repeats himself endlessy. The difference is that Ricky doesn't take himself seriously, in fact, he's laughing a himself while he does this. Bawwy, on the other hand, thinks he's shocking and disturbing people with is deep insights and renegade individuality.
