Yes indeed. However, oranges and many other fruits have this as well. 
You have no living test subject evidence that rational useage of anti-
oxidants are harmful or counter-indicated for use by chemotherapy 
patients. The only reference of possible harmful effects that I've 
seen mentioned here is for people taking massive doses of vitamins 
and minerals at a level that is already known to be detrimental to 
the health of some people and the evidence was only marginally 
significant, even then.

There are also published studies for MAK's use in relieving effects 
of chemo-therapy in animals, and a preliminary study in humans, and 
quite a few general studies have been published on the beneficial 
effects of other anti-oxidants in human chemotherapy patients.

The recommended avoidance of anti-oxidants is based on the "err on 
the side of caution" strategy of medical doctors. This is always 
something to consider, but you've turned this cautious approach into 
a blanket condemnation of what may be of benefit to many people.
