It sounds like it. What is your solution, is it like Bennetts? Chinese and Indians have won less Nobel prizes per capita than anyone. Are these races stupid and inferior also? Do you know much about Arab Islamic science and culture in the 1000 -1700 or so. Have you seen much of their architecture up close? Or even in pictures?
