This gap would be  the "afterimage" Vishnu-Brahma-Brahma, or "birth"... perhaps the birth  of our Galaxy :-) In Mahesh's full Age of Enlightenment technique, he actually attributes the seven lokas (and their mantras) to different parts of the body--satya loka being the crown of the head--future consciousness.
