Initially MMY says that such experiences are *accidents*, but goes on to modify his statement by saying that such experiences are due to the karma of the experiencer, and therefore not really accidents, then modifies that by saying that a pathless path of knowledge and experience are good and necessary components of discovering oneself.
To summarize, MMY appears to on the one hand validate such experiences, and on the other, wants to minimize the importance of divine experiences as a milestone of one's journey to oneself, or have the listener understand such experinces as one of an infinite number of possibilities within the context of understanding oneself. I agree with his perspective, though I am not sure if it apparent what he is talking about if one is hearing it from waking state consciousness. ------------------------ Yahoo!
