Obama had an election campaign in 2008 and re-election campaign in
2012! Much of NASA's work was out-sourced to the private sector
immediately after his first election. <Remember Solyndra? Solyndra and
founders made numerous contributions to the Obama campaign then got
financing or backing from the federal government for their project
which turned into an utter failure.< So, to think the same thing
couldn't happen in the case of NASA, isn't too much of a stretch.
