An addendum to the last note: All of the information presented is about 10 years old, so it's not certain how much of it is still valid. However, 10 years ago, Dr. Simon said that they were using a puja, but not a guru puja. It might have been a puja to Lord Shiva or something like that. Dr. Simon would do the puja and Dr. Chopra would teach the meditation.
