Actually it was created by Space Brothers as a means of mis-directing people's
attention till they are ready to reveal themselves and are currently off
planet, recharging their batteries in the Crab Nebula so they haven't posted
any updates.
Either that or the humans who did it might have overindulged in the local pub,
gotten cheesed off at some Benjy Creme addicts who accused them of being agents
of the Space Brothers and glassed 'em, in which case if GBH resulted, the
inebriated boys are sobering up at Her Majesty's Pleasure for an indefinite
period of time.
(I tag this post as being all joking conjecture on my part so that I am not
accused of slander, libel or defamation by anyone in the Internet ethers.)

Yes, I used to post this for Nabby as it features "how to" articles and
predicts future circles that always mysteriously appeared!
These may even have been the guys behind the BBC documentary where a
mathematician designed an impossibly complex and difficult circle and a bunch
of droogs go out with planks and a length of rope and make the whole thing in 3
hours in the dark. Quite impressive as I had assumed they used GPS or night
vision goggles with compasses but they don't, it's just head torches and the
design on a piece of paper with the guy in the middle shouting out directions.
But I never managed to find it on the net so I never fully proved the case to
the satisfaction of the believers on here.
This site has't been updated for a while too. I wonder if they just got bored,
or got jobs. Or both.

I miss the Nabster's contributions too. I had a look for some crop circle pics
myself but either Nabby could sniff out the best ones or The Space Brothers
weren't pulling their weight this year as most of them looked a bit tired and
wobbly, like even they thought they'd seen it all before a million times and
couldn't face even one more weary circular trudge with the garden roller. Oops,
I mean the ultra-sonic, wheat stalk de-uprightificator obviously..
Maybe they'll come up with a new technique on their winter break on Mercury and
return next year with 3D crop sculptures or something. Or maybe even land a UFO
see everyone can see it?

Dear fellow FFLers.
I feel I should apologise for recent comments of mine that I directed towards
members of The Peak - apparently an ongoing conversation about our journey as
human beings, towards the pinnacle of existence.
As you know I usually try to keep a reasonable and cool head when dealing with
others as I firmly believe we all deserve a fair hearing for our views,
whatever they may be. In fact, I consider the best way to deal with people
whose sole aim appears to be causing trouble is to reason with them and explain
your POV and why they would gain more credibility if they engaged with their
own POV rather than just by trolling and trying to goad people into endless
arguments. The pen is mightier than the sword.
Well, needless to say I failed and told them to fuck off. Big mistake, and a
mistake made out of total frustration with these righteous types who claim to
have left our fine company to start a new site without any "negativity". I'm
sure any serious contributors to this place will understand how irritating it
is to have to scroll past endless drivel by these people who consider they are
too good for us but can't leave us alone because they aren't allowed to cause
trouble on their own enlightened site. I honestly thought we were all going to
be happy in the new year with our own chosen company. Turns out I was wrong...
So I apologise for all the crap posts you are going to have to endure until
these people get bored with trying to goad me into a fight - just like they
always do, I guess some people just need to boost their ego at the expense of
others. And now we all know WillyTex has been booted off for being an asshole,
I suspect some of them will be trying to fill his mighty shoes with their own
brand of horse shit. Go figure.
So one last time dear FFLers, I'm sorry I fed the trolls. But you know it was
out of pure anger that they came back here and started digging up shit that was
patiently explained to them ages ago and that any actually intelligent,
reasoning human being wouldn't even have noticed in the first place. I should
know better and I promise to ignore them in future.
