or whoever the leaders are, controls the finances of a country. That is between
the local population and their government. The United States government and
Corporations have to do business with whoever has the legitimate authority to do
so. If Ali Baba Mohammed is a goat herder by trade and doesn't own his own oil
wells, why would Exxon give him a penny for a barrel of oil? If Ali is poor and
needs welfare he needs to take that up with the owners of the oil wells and his
government, not mine. Never the less the wealth is
there.
