I learned a technique, called "Babaji's Kriya Kundalini Pranayam" Also, called: "Cobra Breath" I learned this in Arizona, by a man who had traveled the world, Learning many spiritual techniques, and said this one to be of special interest , to him. He said that this was one technique, which was not taught by Yogananda, or his organization, as it stirs the Kundalini, and is more adapted for couples; as Yogananda was was celibate. The technique increases and teaches to use the sexual/kundalini energy, and raise it up; To the higher chakras.
