Jews don't like the label "holocaust" since it means a sacrificed animal's whole burnt-offering to a god on a altar. They prefer the term "shoah" meaning catastrophic destruction.
I like the term holocaust since it defines the image of the burning ovens of the extermination camps which was the Jew's Götterdämmerung.
