My Natel connection has no bandwidth restrictions, so the only bottleneck for me is user load and Natel's Internet provider, Netins.net. Speed tests during the day, during Natel's biggest user load, typically show speeds in the 700-800 kbps range. In the wee hours of the morning, however, I've achieved speeds of ~3000 kbps.
