ever logs on to wind up, belittle and insult other posters with a
practised routine that isn't anywhere near as funny or clever as he

He has nothing to add to the topics discussed by the group and only
ever tries to subtract from them with his blatant trolling.
You once praised Jimbo for his decisive handling of The Peak and
wished something like that could be done here. Well this guys behaviour
wouldn't be tolerated there, so I guess you know what to do.
