An alternative world-view different than the TMO model would be to devote one's life to finding ways to avert the natural tendency of things to fall apart. Unfortunately, at this stage of the evolutionary game, most of us will not attain Rainbow Light Bodies or acquire an immortal physical body immune from the disease, old age, and death. Even Yoda, in spite of his Sidhis, and being over 900 years olf, could not avoid the progress of Entropy. . Christianity offers various promises designed to allow people to conquer death, in a manner of speaking. First, there is the Rapture Hypothesis - a bunch of baloney in my opinion, and Second: a more subdued objective: that after people die and are "believers" in Christ, they will somehow acquire reconstituted immortal bodies of Light; a prospect closer to the Traditional Jewish ideas (not surprising since Jesus was a Jew). To confound the Christian message, St. Paul brought in the Rapture theory which was not part of Jesus' teachings. . At any rate, relating to such other alternative viewpoints of existence, TM will get us nowhere in terms of conquering Entropy.
