You're going off on a tangent. No one is suggesting a Harrison Bergeron
society. More likely a better safety net to keep people from falling
through the cracks where they wind up being more of an expensive
problem. Some people just want a job and roof over their head while
others don't like to work for someone else. Both can be accommodated.
America has turned into a bloated economy based on debt. Time to pull
that plug though it looks like it is unplugging itself. About time!

a brain surgeon? It could happen, but they better have something to
offer that is in high demand. I can honestly say that I've earned
everything I've got. Had I been more ambitious,I could have had more

What's happening is that the dems are freaked by the traction Bernie
Sanders is getting. He's also popular with millennials who could
swing the vote. I also have a theory Sanders is the reason Trump
jumped into the race. So it could be an election of democratic
socialism vs corporatism. Thing is, the US needs some socialism to
balance things. All corporatists care about is making lots and lots
of money and the public be damned.
I've listened to Sanders on Thom Hartmann's show for years and he is
a very reasonable person so it won't be the new Soviet Union by a
any means. Hillary is too "status quo" with lots of skeletons in her
closet.
