I think that more people should remember that
two-word mantra, "Go figure."

The essential nature of life is paradox. Is
it any wonder that people sometimes reflect
that? It strikes me lately that there is an
approach to button-pushing posts here than
might be more productive than bashing the
aspect of the person that has pushed your
aversion button. That is, praise the aspects
of the person that push your "higher self"
buttons.

In simple English, few here actually take the
time to give Tom some credit when he tries to
post something he feels is uplifting and
potentially valuable to other seekers. Instead,
we (and I'm as guilty of this as anyone else)
home in on the lapses, in which he allows his
lower self to express its conditioning instead
of its essential nature.

Recently, one poster (whose name I didn't recog-
nize) made an attempt to speak to the adult in
Tom, the inner person who might be able to realize
that lawsuits and angry rhetoric *aren't* an adult
way to respond to criticism. I thought that was
pretty refreshing, and might actually have some
positive effect. I kinda doubt that giving the
angry inner child a bunch of shit for being a
child is going to.
