Stalingrad? Like something gone too far?

 I spose in courts of law it would depend on how far the 'personal' of the 
disagreement was made to where it becomes a criminal act of assault or battery. 
 The courts proly have not heard the end of this kind of problem between 
people.  So it is Best to obey the Scout Law. 
 

 Googling The Scout Law also brings up The Scout Law and cyber-bullying as a
