Excellent 2 min summary video of "Of Kings and Prophets", ABC Tuesday nights. First episode portrays the traditional Biblical story of King Saul and the Prophet Samuel; wherein Saul first hears the "orders" of Elohim (the name for YHVH they used) through Samuel the Prophet. The orders are for Saul to kill all of the Amelekites, to the last one. Saul refuses to execute the captured Amelekite King and Samuel receives a message from "God" which he passes on to Saul: that Saul is unfit to be King since he saved the Amelekite's life and will be replaced. ...Then, David enters the scene after killing a lion and he is accepted into the Royal Court since he's good at playing the lute. Next week, the drama continues with David growing in power and (naturally), having romantic intentions toward the females.
